A Special Invitation to Light a
Candle of Love
The family and staff of Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory invite you, your family and friends to our 8th Annual Memorial Luminaria on Saturday, November 20, 2010 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at our Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108.
We will provide a luminary bag with your loved one’s name printed on it; we encourage families to personalize the bag with photographs, poems, letters, or other decorations. The chapel will be open at 3:00p.m. on Saturday if you would like to decorate your luminary bag, decorations will be provided. You may also stop by either chapel during the week, November 16- 20 to pick up a luminary bag to decorate at home, and bring back for the lighting. We will begin to light the candles at 4:30p.m. followed by a brief program, rain or shine. The bags will remain lit until 6:00 p.m.
Refreshments will be offered.
