By planning for your funeral needs in advance, you eliminate the overwhelming decisions that your family will be faced with upon your death. Having these plans in place will allow them to be focused on their loss and celebrating your life. You can control how your arrangements are carried out and not have to worry about a financial burden being left for your loved ones.

However, we may neglect planning for the most significant life event of all, a funeral. We would never dream of waiting until two days before a wedding to begin our plans. Our Advanced Planning Department is staffed by full time advanced planning advisors who are skilled at presenting information and options to you and your family. The meeting can be held in your home or ours, whichever is easiest for you. Families can record their wishes, desires and vital statistical information. Because it is your plan, your family will know they are honoring you and your wishes. We will keep the arrangements on file, or many times families choose the protection afforded to them by pre-paying all or part of the costs.

When preplanning a funeral with Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, all of your thoughts and wishes are documented and therefore, your family will know exactly what you desire.
