Mike Boland, CPCFuneral Assistant/Certified Preplanning ConsultantMike Boland is a lifelong native of Northern Illinois. He was born and raised in Freeport, IL and is a graduate of Aquin Central Catholic High School. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Funeral Home in 2005, Mike worked in the insurance industry. As a brother-in-law to Tom Fitzgerald, Mike has been associated with the funeral industry for many years. Mike recently acheived his CPC Certification (Certified Preplanning Consultant) and has many duties at Fitzgerald Funeral Home as a funeral assistant on funeral services. He has an amazing eye for decorating and enjoys painting. He is the proud father of two children and the proud grandfather of two grandchildren.
